Plaidform is an educational and community-focused initiative dedicated to learning, collaboration, safety, and creativity in digital health, education, and simulation environments. Our platforms include Roblox, Discord, Google Sites, and related tools. This policy outlines the core rules, privacy protections, ethical expectations, and internal procedures that guide our organization.
Plaidform exists to create a safe, accessible, and inspiring environment for users interested in health science, medical simulation, education, and digital storytelling. We uphold values of curiosity, safety, respect, and learning.
Plaidform complies with applicable U.S. laws, including:
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
Users under age 13 may not submit personal information. All activities are supervised, and no private data is stored without consent.
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Although Plaidform is not a healthcare provider, any fictional or simulated data must not be mistaken for real personal health information. No real medical advice is given.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
Original content is protected. Users may not steal or repost assets, code, or writing without permission.
Cyberbullying and Harassment Laws
Online threats, harassment, stalking, or doxxing will result in removal and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
All users and staff are expected to follow the highest standard of conduct:
Treat others with respect, regardless of role, background, or identity.
Avoid sarcasm, bullying, or intentionally hurtful comments.
Do not impersonate staff, health professionals, or organizations.
Avoid graphic content, including violence, gore, or sexual references.
Do not promote misinformation or conspiracy theories, especially about health.
Plaidform includes medical themes. For everyone's safety:
Do not seek or provide real medical diagnoses or prescriptions.
Always speak to a real licensed healthcare provider for personal health issues.
Users with health conditions should take breaks as needed.
If a user expresses a mental health crisis (e.g., suicidal thoughts), refer them to trusted resources like 988 or a crisis line.
Medical content is for educational simulation only.
Plaidform collects no real-world personal data. Any data collected is used only for moderation and safety.

Logs are reviewed only by trusted admins and not shared outside the system.
All staff and contributors must undergo structured training and follow professional behavior.

Do not engage privately with minors without approval.
Do not discuss religion, politics, or controversial topics unless itβs relevant to a lesson and approved.
Avoid favoritism or cliques among users.
Maintain logs of moderation decisions and training completion.
Volunteers must sign an agreement acknowledging the rules.
Temporary helpers must be supervised.
Guest contributors are reviewed before being given elevated access.
No profanity or hate speech
No spamming, flooding, or mic abuse
No impersonation or misleading usernames
No NSFW content of any kind
No medical misinformation (diagnosing others or claiming miracle cures)
No asking for staff roles or positions
No asking others to break rules
Plaidform encourages respectful interaction:
Voice Chats: Public and may be monitored. No whispering or private meetings between unknown users.
Events: Follow host instructions. Medical roleplay should be tasteful and age-appropriate.
Classroom or Clinic Settings: Roleplay may simulate medical themes β do not roleplay trauma, emergency surgery, or graphic illness.

Ban from Platform
Users may submit an appeal via form or Discord ticket. Appeals are reviewed by 2+ senior staff members.
While Plaidform occasionally engages in fictional storytelling (such as simulations), all content should remain respectful and never promote dangerous or mysterious behavior in real life. No secret cults, rituals, or real-world belief systems should be used out of context.
If you have a concern about staff, content, or safety:
Submit a support ticket via Discord or Google Form.
Your report will be acknowledged within 5 business days.
A resolution may involve direct contact, further investigation, or corrective action.
Anonymous reports are welcome, but they may take longer to investigate.
All platforms used by Plaidform have their own Terms of Service. You must follow them.
